• Requests by competent authorities.
• Account inactivity beyond the period specified by pussy's internal policy.

In the event of account closure due to a violation, any remaining balance may be frozen while an investigation is conducted. If the investigation finds no breach, the remaining balance will be returned to the user through an appropriate method.
